People seem to have the tendency of wishing to take things to extreme, and to create luxury versions even of those products, that shouldn’t be considered luxury items. It might seem a little awkward, but the world’s most expensive riffle has been created and the cost of the item is of $820,000.
You might think it is most natural that the rifle has been created by VO Vapen, a company founded by the gunsmith Viggo Olsson. The newest creation of the company is the VO Falcon Edition and the product has been inspired by the by the traditions of the Arabian world, especially by the Syrian customs and legends, that had their specific tools.
Since the products are exclusive ones, there are only a few products created every year. The most spectacular feature of the VO Falcon Edition is that the product has been created through using Damascus steel. Another special material used in the creation of the product is walnut root. There will be only five VO Falcon Edition rifles ever made and all of them will be marked with unique embellishment. Up to now only one has been built, and the other four will be created to order.
According to the creators of the rifle, it took more than a year to develop and create the barrels and this rifle is said to be the only one made of Damascus steel. The rifle works according to the patented system of the company that makes it possible for the owner to use different kinds of calibers.
The Falcon is the first rifle that has been built with a full stock, but the company also accepts to create totally unique items. Every gun and rifle would have different ornamentation and they would be customized according to the expectations of the customers.
