Reconvilier Hercules Golf Master

It is famously remembered by golfers that they once used to toss a few grass blades in the air and squinched the distant green saying: “it quite seems to be a four iron”. Fairway markers for distance certainly help, but with the introduction of GPS powered golf watches and pocket range finders, purists could now rely upon accurate and precise information.

Golf has a reputation, not always, but at times, of driving even a Zen master jumping out of madness. This is where technology comes to your help and that too in style in the form of Reconvilier Hercules Golf Master. The rotating timepiece comes with a couple of remarkable utilities — an analogue display, quite a classical one, and to serve the tee-off time, it flips over to transform into a digital distance-measuring device giving you the vital distance figure to the center of the ground or to the front edge.

And, this is how the magic happens — the base station is placed on your bag and it collects the data of the golf course prior to the game begins. The base station or the ‘Caddie’ relays data to the watch, which displays the distance in yards or meters. The digital watch also displays the regular time and it could be removed using the ‘Rotax’ mechanism and flipped over 180° to use the classic analogue time display. The watch simply equips you with the information you require to hit the ball properly to cover your distance.

The Reconvilier Hercules Golf Master receives an ETA 2892A movement, which is supported with precise COSC certified chronometer. The functions include analogue and digital hours, minutes and seconds information, while the GPS technology enables the distance measurement to the green. The dial features sturdy black, white and grey colors, with the 45-mm case being done in steel and titanium. The white/black bracelet is made of rubber folded with steel/titanium clasps.
