China stepping forward as luxury helicopter provider
China is growing very fast in technology and is known as a hub of technology. Taking a giant leap, a Chinese motor home manufacturer has applied and received licenses for building luxurious commercial helicopters. EuroCopter, group company of European Aeronautic, Defense & Sapce Company is going to share technologies to build helicopters. From revenue point of view, European Aeronautic is the wolrd’s largest helicopter manufacturing company. Zhong-Ou is originally motorcycle part making & automotive company and started high-end motor production in year of 2002. World famous Mercedes-Benz has jointly started production of M-Benz with Zhong-Ou. Comparing to world class facilities with Mercedes in car series, company is claiming for the similar and more advanced facilities in helicopters also.
The company CM, Wu Guolin said, the company, Zhong-Ou Intrnational Group, Zhejiang has received green flag from State Administration for Industry & Commerce for production of helicopters. The company has enthroned round about 500M for initial phase production with 33.3 hectare Head Quarter at Jiangsu and planning for 2nd phase production in capital of China, Shanghai covering area of 13.3 hectares.
By this year end, the company is expecting to hit the sky with its epitome helicopter. Most of the private helicopter making companies in China uses piston engines but, replacing piston engines Zhong-Ou has installed advanced turbo charged engines to cope up with fuel efficiency. Starting cost of his powerful engine stuffed helicopter would be approximately $4.45M and 30M Yuan in local currency and start delivery in July 2011.
According to Wu Guolin, the company is going to offer best of the facilities comparing to others and try to bring more comfort to the travelers. Huge investments are made for designing efficient engines, comfortable furniture and royal look.
