This chopper is an absolute revolution, for being part of the Gold finger movie. Now this historic helicopter is based in London. The U.K auction house RM Auctions is putting the Bond`s aircraft for sale. The expected price is nearly $ 650 000. The helicopter is in a great condition as it is equipped with the new technologies, not to mention that now the aircraft comes with computerized control system, which is a progress considering the fact the plane was upgraded back in 1963.
This isn’t the first time when this helicopter was shown in the cinemas. Actually this flying luxury toy was part of another famous movie and it linked with the love story of Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.
The helicopter was shown in the movie “The VIPs”, which starred Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. The engine of the helicopter is now new and it is made by a German company. The speed is also increased as the new flying system was upgraded.
The interior of the Pussy Galore`s 196 Hiller UH-12 E4 helicopter is now totally lavish. Leather seats, a mini bar and what really matters- aviation set with all kind of extras that can please any specialist. The actress Honor Blackman was the first woman to fly with this jewel, when she played the role of Pussy Galore in the Gold finger movie.
The plane was kept in Hollywood for long time and afterwards it was sold to fill a private collection. Now the popular helicopter is going to have a new lucky owner.
