Tony Parker and his luxury property
Tony Parker, the San Antonio Spurs team star has recently owned a stunning luxury property besides the Alps above Lake Geneva, Switzerland. The luxury property, a part of the Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences is a former Grand Hotel more than a century hold and it is in the process of transformation into ‘beyond-luxury’ apartments which will be completed before the end of 2011. The property is under renovation which will enable it to touch the royal glory of its Belle Epoque past, which will make it one of the most sought after of all the Swiss properties. The luxury Swiss estate has a royal history for once being the ultimate refuge of barons, princes, diplomats, aristocrats and recent history celebrity : Pierre Cardin.
While going for the purchase of his apartment, Tony Parker remarked that he instantly fell in love with the private residence, which along with its touch of classical charm offered him the most stunning view that he ever had. He further added the luxury apartment’s proximity to both an international city, Geneva and the countryside. Du Parc offers the ultimate to the NBA star in terms of lifestyle options with the blending of international craftsmanship from designers like BBG-BBGM contributing to the interior designs, Givenchy for its masterful private spas and Quintessentially Wine for its world class wine cellars and tasting rooms.
Swiss Development Group’s CEO, Nicolas Garnier remarks that his company develops properties on the line of haute couture, which are high on quality and meticulous on detail. He further adds that his company, which was established in 2007, goes simply beyond developing property and strives to give depth and meaning to luxury living, giving the owners the right to live their individual lifestyles in extreme luxury. For Swiss Development Group, Du Parc Kempinski Private Residences is their most exclusive project so far.
