The Mercedes-Benz SLA AMG car has inspired quite a few luxury car lovers and so much so that a Cigarette luxury powerboat inspired by this super car was proposed. In a few months it has become a reality and the SLA AMG inspired 46’ Cigarette powerboat is ready to fly on water.
Available online through the online luxury market JamesList, it is available for a cool $1.2 million. This luxury super boat is the water counterpart of one of the most luxurious things on road the SLA AMG. This super boat is wicked and among the fastest.
It is unique in the simple fact that it is the only powerboat which boasts of the V8 Twin Turbo engine with a 9 liter capacity and 1350 horse power to make it the fastest on water. The Cigarette with its Mercury Racing engine is one of its kinds. It is actually five times more powerful than the SLS AMG, its inspiration.
The luxury powerboat is made of light composite material that adds to its speed and power. The cigarette can do a cool 95.59 knots and it can reach speeds of 117 knots which is almost 130 mph (if you would like to compare it to the car).
The Cigarette 46’ not only has the same powerful engine as the SLS AMG, it has also been hand-painted silver like it counterpart. This cool paint “covers body surfaces like a metallic skin, targeting light reflections to further emphasize exterior character lines and design details”
The luxury powerboat is a sight to behold as it whips along the water surface. The speed and beauty are to be admired. It skims the water like a silver bird in flight.
