Fidelis – a new toy by Perini Navi
Regarding yacht building, there are some companies that are better known than the rest, due to the professionalism that they have and most probably also due to their prestige. One of these companies is Perini Navi. It is known as one of the companies that are coming up with the most stylish yachts.
Their latest addition to luxury navigation is of 56 meters and it got the name of Fidelis. The company has created this yacht in collaboration with Ron Holland who has been working with the company for a longer period of time. The luxury yacht design has been created with the addition of an aluminum structure, carbon fiber booms and mizzen masts.
The most important elements of the yacht include two cockpits fore and aft. The owner of the yacht would like to spend the summer on the Mediterranean and after that to take part at the Perini Navi Cup in September organized in Porto Cervo.
The company has a yachting tradition and another yacht of theirs, known as Maltese Falcon, takes part at the Transatlantic race this year against some other yachts and the interesting thing about them is that they are all smaller than this one.
The luxury yacht design most probably will be applied in the next project as well and the next yacht that will be created is planned to have 50.2 meters. At the moment the price of the yacht is of €30.5 million and it is said to be delivered in spring 2012. The features of this impressive project will include an outdoor cinema and also cashmere paneling. If this isn’t luxury then what is?
We have to admit that this price isn’t as high as it seems if we compare this new yacht with all the features to the other ones on the market.
